Dora Hegyi

Dora Hegyi studied Urban Planning and Design in Delft and Landscape Architecture in Budapest and Munich. In her master's thesis she adopted the Urban Metabolism framework to research the urban water system of Cape Town. After an internship at UN-Habitat in Nairobi, she joined the interdisciplinary ‘ide3a’ research project at the Technical University of Berlin. As part of ide3a, she worked on developing a serious game which simulates critical urban infrastructures under different climate scenarios. Currently she works for UNITAC as part on the ‘Just Transition in Vulnerable Places’ project in Namibia.
