Andreas Jasiulek

Research Associate

Andreas Jasiulek studied Social Work and Urban Design in Hamburg, Athens and Buenos Aires. Until recently he worked for the project NEW HAMBURG in the field of community work and neighborhood development. Additionally, he was a temporary lecturer for the History and Theory of the City department of the HCU, teaching in the bachelor programme Metropolitan Studies from 2020 to 2024. In his work, he concentrates on urban inequalities, housing markets, segregation and informal urbanization. He joined the MOVE 21 research project at the CityScienceLab in January 2024.
