Michael Ziehl

Research Associate

Dr. Dipl.-Ing. Michael Ziehl is an Urbanist and Urban Researcher. Besides his doctoral degree in Philosophy (Metropolitan Culture) he holds a Master of Science in the field of Urban Planning and is a graduate engineer in the field of Architecture. As expert in urban transformation, multi-stakeholder cooperation and user-driven project development he runs his office urban upcycling. At City Science Lab, among others, he was the lead scientist for transformative research design in the “Connected Urban Twins” (CUT) project and is now responsible for implementing the “Participation 4 Climate” (P4C) project.
