Abigail Kemper
Research Associate
Abigail Kemper completed an MPhil in Energy Studies and a BSocSci (Hons) degree in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Cape Town. She has over 11 years of experience in research and stakeholder engagement in a variety of fields ranging from the green economy, renewable energy sectors, to the productive and domestic use of energy in the informal sector. In the last 3 years she has gained experience in Design Thinking working with cities and partners in civic tech to improve data governance, promote data-driven decision making and ensure that even the most marginalised are included in digital society.
